This is a new piece I finished January 20th titled Fan Dancer. I really like the large copper fan pieces that dramatically pick up reflections and light when it moves. The acid etched steel and aluminum shield plate make a nice contrast to the mirror polished stainless steel and copper. It has a six foot span with a balance position weighted to within 2 ounces, so it has a very delicate bance and smooth rotation. Looking at it mechanically there are 54 piece elements, 30 drilled sheath connections, 26 flush screw connections and 56 threaded openings for allen screws.
